After captivating NFL fans for years by his performance with Seattle Seahawks and Tennessee Titans, Jordan Babineaux is now making heads turn as an author, speaker and business coach. His recently released book Pivot to Win has got off to a dream start, and is currently an Amazon bestseller in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. After saying goodbye to the game that he served with great passion for a decade, the former defensive back has now established himself as a sports analyst, entrepreneur, and thought leader.
Pivot to Win is Jordan’s story of beating all odds to avoid the pitfalls that many professional athletes face while transitioning from their career. The author generously shares his successes and failures, his struggles and accomplishments, and his moments of pride and despair. Jordan is hopeful that his message will inspire and resonate with everyone as he shares ideas on his journey to self-mastery. In this book, readers learn the techniques to cultivate the mentality and determination needed to pivot successfully, the tools required to persevere, and the importance of having a Pivot to Win Playbook. Within a very short time, Jordan’s book has received excellent editorial as well as reader reviews.
“Undrafted free agents always know that their time’s almost up. To stay in the league, they need copious amounts of grit, resilience, courage, and mental toughness. Jordan is always ready to do whatever it takes to get an invitation to the table, and when he’s there he takes every opportunity that’s offered to him. What Jordan’s been able to achieve speaks to the character of the man and that character can help lead others to greatness,” said Maurice Kelly, Vice President of Player Engagement, Seattle Seahawks. This is the ideal book to help readers pivot, deal with change, and reinvent themselves.
In her glowing review, a reader wrote, “I stumbled on this book via a friend. It’s really a useful toolkit for life and about adjusting your mindset to accommodate and make the most of change. I took away some useful tips, and I sent a copy to my college student daughter, too. Everyone needs this kind of coaching. Jordan’s personal story (which he also includes throughout the chapters) is inspiring. He has a down-to-earth writing style that made Pivot to Win a quick and useful read. Highly recommend.”
Jordan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Southern Arkansas University and is all set to earn his MBA from Seattle University in 2021. Along with his brother Jonathan Babineaux, he founded the Babineaux Foundation, a nonprofit that gives back to their hometown of Port Arthur, Texas, and supports Lupus research. He also helps teams and companies navigate their pivot through speaking and consulting.
Jordan Babineaux’s new book Pivot to Win is now available in Kindle as well as Paperback versions.
