Trump budget seeks $1 billion for child care, but expert says that's a 'drop in the bucket'

Trump's proposed fiscal 2021 budget released Monday includedes a one-time, $1 billion investment to build out a bigger supply of child care options, including those sponsored by employers. But one expert says that's a "drop in the bucket" when it comes to solving child care crisis.
