Revint Solutions, the leader in technology-enabled revenue recovery solutions and pioneer of the industry’s leading revenue integrity “safety net” for healthcare providers, announced today the appointment of Roger Davis as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Davis joins from T-System, where he was CEO and led the company’s transformation and successful sale to FNFV Group, the investment arm of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNFV). As part of the announcement, Kyle Hicok, current interim CEO of Revint, has been named President and General Manager and will continue to lead the delivery of revenue recovery and consulting solutions to the provider market.
Mr. Davis has more than three decades of healthcare industry experience, helping organizations grow and scale while exceeding customer expectations. Prior to T-System, Mr. Davis was a Managing Director at Accenture, leading the development and delivery of health system, hospital, and physician practice-level transformation and performance improvement. Other key leadership positions Mr. Davis has held include Vice President at GE Healthcare/IDX Systems Corp. and Executive Director at Perot/Dell Services. He also served as Chief Operating Officer for the faculty practice at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio.
“Roger has demonstrated impressive leadership throughout his career,” said Matt Holt, Revint Board Member and Managing Director at New Mountain Capital. “His deep technology and operations experience will accelerate Revint’s ability to scale, innovate, and deliver comprehensive revenue integrity services to all healthcare providers.”
“We are appreciative of the outstanding leadership that Kyle has provided and excited to welcome Roger as Revint enters its next stage of growth,” added Jack Qian, another Revint Board Member and Managing Director at New Mountain Capital. “We look forward to our continued partnership and collaboration with the entire Revint team.”
The announcement is being made at a time when Revint is undergoing a period of rapid and exciting growth. Revint merged with IMA Consulting in late 2017 and subsequently acquired Naveos, AcuStream, and CloudMed to expand its solution capabilities, establishing the company as the leading revenue integrity safety net for healthcare providers seeking to recapture lost revenue and reduce operational costs.
“I am thankful to be able to join a high-growth, innovation-driven organization that has filled a significant gap in the market and has demonstrated measurable and impactful results for its customers,” said Mr. Davis. “I share the Revint team’s vision for revolutionizing and modernizing the healthcare revenue cycle and look forward to leading the company and its provider partners to continued success.”
