Germany’s DAX 30 just broke above 12,000, but it’s still not too late to buy

Optimism over the German stock market just won’t stop — the benchmark DAX 30 index on Monday broke above the key 12,000 mark for the first time ever and is on track to log its 26th record close in 2015 so far.
