Deploy PCT Patent Allowed

VANCOUVER, April 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Deploy Technologies Inc. (CNSX: DEP) (OTC: DPLY) announced today that it has received a Notice of Allowance from the Canadian Intellectual Property Office for its PCT Patent application filed in Canada.

The Notice of Allowance is the stage prior to the issuance of the patent which requires the Company to file a declaration of small business status along with the $150 final filing fee.

The Company will continue protecting its intellectual property through the maintenance of its current patent and trademark applications as well as through future applications.
